The Coast Salish Youth Coalition (CSYC) is growing, and we’re looking for two dedicated team members to support our Indigenous-led work, which empowers tribal youth, restores lands, and strengthens intergenerational knowledge.
Finance Coordinator (remote, part-time ~30 hrs/week)
Help steward the financial health of our organization by managing bookkeeping, tracking grants, and supporting staff with budgets and reporting. This behind-the-scenes role keeps our programs strong and accountable to our funders, partners, and tribal communities. Compensation: $25–$35/hr, depending on experience. Executive Assistant (hybrid/flexible, based in Coast Salish territories with regular in-person work in the Anacortes/San Juan Islands area, ~30 hrs/week)
Support the Executive Director and team through scheduling, communications, grant coordination, and project support. This position helps keep our operations organized and connected as we grow our work across Coast Salish lands and waters. Compensation: $30–$37/hr, depending on experience.
